Michael Byrne is the President, and an active Realtor with over 10 years experience and has worked with hundreds of Boulders' most discriminating residents. He has received the Coldwell Banker's prestigious President's Elite Award in 1998, 1999, 2000 for meeting real estate production which are in the top 1/10 of 1% of all Coldwell Banker Agents nationwide. He provides the in-depth knowledge of the values, trends, and community markets as well as focusing on the clients needs.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Arizona/MBA. Professional affiliations include: The Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra, Dairy Center for the Arts, Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art, University Golden Buffalo Scholarship Fund and Boulder Chamber of Commerce. Mike is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys, running, hiking, biking and skiing.

Kevin Byrne is also a principle in the corporation. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has over 10 years of sales and management experience that allows him to work with both buyers and sellers to meet their individual needs. He believes that client focused services is the foundation of the organization and will always be the focus of The Byrne Group. Kevin believes the family focus is important and allows for the nurturing of long-term relationships with clients using these same principles.

Kevin is a graduate of University of Colorado. Professional affiliations include: University Golden Buffalo Scholarship Fund, and the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys hiking, biking, tennis, lacrosse, soccer, and skiing.

Skip Ledwith brings over ten years’ experience in sales and marketing management to the Byrne team. After graduating from CU with a BS in Business Admin. Skip worked with a national marketing company and gained important skills in customer relations, public speaking and training. He returned to Boulder five years ago to work in the wireless industry and most recently helped develop a start-up enterprise in adventure travel. Skip’s distinctive talents include marketing via website and database mediums to effectively reach selected target audiences. As a buyers agent with the Byrne Group Skip focuses on the prospective home owner’s hopes and dreams by listening, explaining and seeing the process through to completion.
